Information you provide

We collect the contact details and purchasing requirements you submit in an inquiry, together with messages you add to that inquiry. Community submissions include your display name, email and contribution. Your email is not published with community posts.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, clarify requirements, help match suppliers and coordinate requested sourcing or inspection services. Relevant product and order requirements may be shared with potential suppliers or inspection providers. Contact details are shared only as needed for your requested service.

Cookies and shortlist storage

Essential session cookies protect forms and administrator access. Your product shortlist is stored in this browser using local storage. You can remove products from the shortlist or clear your browser storage at any time. This installation does not include advertising trackers by default.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry and contribution records are retained to provide the service and maintain the conversation. You may request access, correction or deletion by adding a message to your private inquiry, or through the site operator’s published contact channel. Keep your private inquiry link confidential.

Beveiliging

The site uses access controls and form protection. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Send only information relevant to your sourcing request and do not submit payment card details or account passwords.
